About OXY TradeFXFx Accelerator Program

The OXY TradeFXFx Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding trading industry. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at OXY TradeFXFx and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading trading ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build your fortune.

Responsibilities:

• Growing affiliate network: cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers
• Negotiations, onboarding, paperwork if needed
• Managing key accounts: regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve
• Creating and executing promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance
• Support online & offline campaigns and events

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Regional Languages.
• Self-learning personality and ability to work independently
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage
• Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
• Strong interest and knowledge about trading network industry.
• Available for work 3 ~ 4 days per week, prefer full-time & long-term
